Come meet us at the TCR Show! We have a stand all weekend where you can check out our services, products and races for 2010 – you can even sign up right there!

The Triathlon Cycling and Running Show will take place at Sandown Park on the 13-14 February and once again will be packed with the greatest products, services, seminars and features for the triathletes, cyclists and runners.

Whether you are a seasoned competitor, or new to the world of multisport, TCR10 is for you.  Two seminar theatres will have presentations from top coaches and athletes, the Zoggs SwimZone to help with your swim technique, the Saucony 10K run, Multipower indoor cycle competition and over 130 top brands and retailers exhibiting.

Finally we are pleased to be able to announce the dates for T&Es 2010 race calendar. As you can see there are a number of very exciting new events that can be added to your race diary. Keep an eye on the website for news of when we are open for entries.

15th May – Gower Duathlon – Rhossili – Welsh championships – Full Distance 10k run – 40k bike – 5k run & Sprint Distance 5k run – 24k bike – 3k run.

26th June – Mumbles Mile Triathlon - Mumbles Gower – Long Sprint 750m open water swim – 32k bike – 5 k run & Short Sprint 750m swim – 21k bike – 2.5k run.

24th July – Activity Wales Gower Triathlon – Port Eynon, Gower – Sprint distance 750m open water swim – 24k bike – 5k run.

7th August – Cymer Off-Road Triathlon - Cymer, Port Talbot – Welsh championships – Various distances as well as tri star race categories.

24th/25th/26th September – Long Course Weekend – Tenby, Pembrokeshire – 24/9 2.4 mile swim – 25/9 112 mile bike – 26/9 26.2 mile run.

2nd October – Fancy Dress Triathlon – Tenby, Pembrokeshire – Sprint distance – 750m open water swim – 24k bike – 5k run – fun weekend with a party to end all parties to finish off the season in style.
