No, you MUST register yourself, with ID.

These must be collected at the time of registration upon showing photo ID.

There will be toilets on site but we'd recommend you to come ready for race start!

Recreation Ground Car Park is a short walk from the start. There is additional parking in the surrounding area. Charges may apply.

All participants must be aged 16 or older to participate in any of the events. If you are 13-15 years old, you can enter through our youth ticket. All 13 year olds that want to enter the sprint distance must have their 14th birthday by 31/12/2025.

Competitors with a registered disability will need to contact us at contact@triandenter.com to discuss whether the race is suitable and safe to enter

Yes, this is mandatory for all of our events. They must cover the torso & thighs, sleeveless websuits are allowed.

No, we discourage anyone wearing headphones during the race.
