Sorry for the delay folks but we are pleased to announce that all the 2012 events are now open for entries. Click HERE to see the events on offer.

Please note that should the event sell out we are unable to offer a waiting list this year.

Thank you to all that took part in today’s Cymmer triathlon. We sincerely hope you enjoyed the event and great to see so many first time athletes!!! lots of mud an sweat on show and good fun all round. Thanks again to all that marshalled and to watch Wales beat England was a great end to the day (sorry if you are English!!)

Congratulations to all that took part in the triathlon today and a massive thanks to all the marshals that helped out.

Please click HERE to download the provisional results. Unfortunately due to the extremely wet conditions we are unable to retrieve the split times at the moment. We will endeavour to explore every avenue available to us and our equipment suppliers to retrieve the information.

Choose any event and any distance but to be a Long Course athlete you have to go long in all three!! Are you an experienced IM athlete or one in the making? Either way this is the event for you and your chance to swim and ride the IM Wales course and run the most scenic marathon in the UK. The new distance in triathlon with limited slots so enter soon!!

FRF Gower Multisport Festival Now Open!!

Hi All, Just a quick not to say that the Gower Duathlon and Monster run events are now open for entries!!

We are keen to keep this event on the calendar as it is definitely the best location in the UK bar none!! Please help us by telling as many people as possible and we promise to put on an amazing event!!

Just a quick update from the team to say thank you to all the people who have entered the events so far and the races are filling up fast. If you know of anyone who wants to but hasn’t entered yet please can you let them know to do so ASAP as we expect most events to sell out again this year.

Hope the training is going well and all the team in the office are doing a weekly sun dance so fingers crossed!!!

With the success of the 2010 event many athletes have been requesting information on when the 2011 event will open, and we are pleased to announce they they now are!!!

We are looking to improve on the first year and we are excited in delivering another top event to the South Wales area.

Also the entry slots for this years Activity Wales Gower Triathlon is now open. With slots selling extremely fast I would advise you to enter as soon as possible to avoid being disappointed. With camping, pre & post race parties including camping, fun children’s races, live bands, BBQ and the cheapest beer you will find it is the recipe for an amazing weekend for all!!

With an ever increasing demand for our services we are looking for people to assist us with delivering our events and our services to other organisations.
