Congratulations to all who took part in the Sospan Road Runners 10 Mile multi terrain run today, it is a very challenging course. Also well done to all who helped organise the event today, it has to be one of the best in the area!!

Thank you to all that took part in today’s Cymmer triathlon. We sincerely hope you enjoyed the event and great to see so many first time athletes!!! lots of mud an sweat on show and good fun all round. Thanks again to all that marshalled and to watch Wales beat England was a great end to the day (sorry if you are English!!)
